Terms of Use
Last updated: 19 July 2026
1. About these Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to senvix.io (the “Website”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
The Privacy Policy explains how information may be handled. Nothing in these Terms requires you to consent to optional data processing.
2. What Senvix provides
Senvix publishes informational market-intelligence, digital-asset research, educational material, safety guidance, and commentary. Content is provided for general information and education only.
Senvix is not a broker, exchange, bank, investment adviser, portfolio manager, custodian, or trading-account provider. The Website does not accept deposits, hold customer funds, execute trades, manage wallets, or guarantee access to any financial service.
3. No financial advice or performance promise
Website content is not investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice and is not a personalized recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or use any asset, product, or service. Digital assets and leveraged products can be highly volatile and may result in the loss of all funds committed.
Examples, market observations, educational scenarios, ratings, and opinions may be incomplete, delayed, or become outdated. Past performance, backtests, simulations, testimonials, and third-party claims do not guarantee future results. You are responsible for independent research and, where appropriate, advice from a qualified professional.
4. Eligibility and lawful use
The Website is intended for people aged 18 or older. You may use it only where doing so is lawful. Local laws, product restrictions, and regulatory protections vary; access to information does not mean that a product or service is available, licensed, or suitable in your jurisdiction.
5. Accounts and communications
Unless a page expressly states otherwise, Senvix does not provide a user trading account or customer balance. A page labelled “Login” or “Sign Up” must not be interpreted as access to a brokerage, exchange, wallet, or investment account.
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, seed phrases, private keys, payment information, or identity documents through general contact channels. Senvix will not ask you to transfer funds in order to unlock a withdrawal or recover an account.
6. Third-party websites and providers
The Website may link to third-party sources, tools, platforms, or websites for reference. A link does not establish ownership, endorsement, regulatory approval, safety, or suitability. Third parties operate under their own terms, fees, privacy practices, and regulatory status.
Before creating an account or transferring money elsewhere, verify the destination domain, legal operator, licensing claims, fees, withdrawal terms, and risk disclosures directly with authoritative sources. Senvix is not responsible for a third party’s availability, statements, security, execution, custody, or handling of funds.
7. Accuracy and updates
We aim to present clear and useful information, but we do not promise that every item is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Markets, laws, product terms, and websites change quickly. Publication dates and “last updated” dates are informational and do not guarantee that every linked source remains current.
We may correct, update, remove, or reorganize content without notice. Where an error is identified, you may report it through the contact page.
8. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or abusive activity;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
- introduce malware, disrupt availability, or evade security controls;
- scrape, reproduce, or redistribute substantial content in a way that infringes rights or burdens the Website;
- impersonate Senvix or falsely suggest endorsement or affiliation;
- use Senvix branding, pages, or contact details to solicit deposits, credentials, or sensitive information; or
- interfere with another visitor’s lawful use of the Website.
9. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, Website text, design, logos, graphics, and original materials are owned by or licensed for use by the Website operator and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and quote limited portions for lawful personal, educational, or critical use with appropriate attribution. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
Third-party names, marks, images, and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to them does not imply affiliation.
10. User messages and feedback
If you send feedback, corrections, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to send it and that it is not unlawful or malicious. You retain ownership of your original content, while granting the Website operator a non-exclusive permission to review and use it to respond, operate the Website, address security issues, or improve content. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy.
11. Availability and security
The Website is provided on an “as available” basis. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, security, technical failure, or events outside reasonable control. No internet service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or completely secure.
12. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its content are provided without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Website operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or investment losses arising from reliance on Website content, third-party services, market movements, lost access, or unauthorized third-party conduct. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
You remain responsible for your devices, credentials, wallets, provider selection, trading decisions, tax obligations, and compliance with local law.
14. Suspension and protection of the Website
Access may be limited or blocked where reasonably necessary to protect the Website, users, systems, rights, or legal compliance, including in response to suspected abuse or security threats.
15. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated when the Website, its services, or applicable requirements change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new update date. Continued use after publication means the revised Terms apply from that point, subject to rights that cannot be waived by contract.
16. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are subject to applicable law. They do not designate an unidentified company jurisdiction and do not remove any mandatory consumer protections or rights available in your place of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, you are encouraged to contact us so the issue can be reviewed.
17. Contact
Questions about these Terms or reports of misleading use of the Senvix name can be sent through the Contact page or to [email protected].
